STUDY 02 / WAYFINDING

Finding a way through uncertainty.

An information system should answer where you are, what matters and where you can go next.

01 / CONTEXT

The design problem

People do not read a sign like an article. They scan, compare and decide while moving. Our speculative wayfinding system therefore begins with a consistent hierarchy: destination, direction, supporting details.

02 / APPROACH

Clarity under constraints

Directional symbols are deliberately simple. Text has room to breathe, and a strong contrast helps recognition from a distance. Colour groups categories but does not replace words or orientation.

A real deployment would require accessibility testing, exact site plans and observation with people using the space.

03 / STATUS

A transparent outcome

The result is an original open study. It does not claim installation in a public building or effectiveness measured with visitors.
